Stress Management for Students / Teachers
There's no such thing as stress disappearing. However, we can learn to manage stress sustainably and it helps to start from a young age. In the first workhop of a 2-part Series about Short and Long-term Stress Management, we train students to use breathing, mindfulness, self-compassion and other quick-fixes for stressful situations.
Mahesh Pamnani is Inspire2Aspire Consulting's Chief Happiness Officer and Wellness Coach / Mental Health Educator / Trainer. He has been leading health & happiness workshops for Corporates, NGOs and HK Government since 2009.
